Earn up to $125,000 to $150,000+ in your first year based on performance- Top performers can earn an average of $150,000 to $200,000+ from uncapped bonuses + commission

What You’ll Do:
Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills- Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
- Deliver interactive sales presentations on our products & services to decision makers at their homes
- Help customers make a decision on their project of choice, offering the best options to suit their needs
- Provide best-in-class customer experience
- Be available to work 9am-9pm Monday - Friday, with additional availability Saturdays
What You’ll Bring:
Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality- Previous outside sales or direct sales experience
- Strong sense of Ambition, Self-Motivation and Self-Discipline
- An open mind, willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
- Polished appearance and demeanor
